Directions:

From Pretoria take the N4 or from Johannesburg take the N12 and head towards Witbank.
Pass Witbank and Middelburg (N4).
Take the Belfast/Dullstroom turn-off (R33/R540) to the left and drive through Belfast – 3 kilometres.
At the last stop street in Belfast turn right and follow the signs to Dullstroom (R540) – 33 kilometres.
Drive through Dullstroom (R540) and head towards Mashishing (Lydenburg) – 55 kilometres.
Once in Mashishing (Lydenburg), turn left at the 2nd traffic light. The Laramie Spur will be on your left, continue going straight.
The road will make a turn to the right; and continue out of town towards Ohrigstad (R36).
Travel for approximately 30 kilometres and turn right onto the R533 towards Pilgrim’s Rest.
17 kilometres further is the sign for Crystal Springs Mountain Lodge; turn left and follow the gravel road for 350 metres.

On the allocated check-in day(s), guest(s) can check-in up until 21h00. Guest(s) checking in later than 21h00 must make alternative arrangements with the Resort prior to late check-in.

Wi-Fi & Cell Reception:

Kindly note that there is limited cell phone reception at Crystal Springs. Telkom users may experience limitations while on the Resort. Signal strength fluctuates for all other service providers. Wi-Fi facilities are available for guests’ use at Le Fera Restaurant. Kindly note that a nominal fee of R20 per hour applies, unless guests make use of the Restaurant, in which case Wi-Fi use is complimentary.

Housekeeping:

Chalets are serviced by the Housekeeping Team daily, except for Sundays and select Public Holidays. Kindly notify Reception should you not require housekeeping services.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: CURRENT ROAD CONDITIONS DUE TO HEAVY RAINS

Game Drives: Temporarily suspended due to the current condition of the game drive roads. This applies to both guided and self-drive game drives.
Lydenburg / Robbers’ Pass Road: Heavy rains have caused damage to certain sections of the road. Some areas have been washed away, with significant potholes and large rocks currently present on the roadway.
Pilgrims Rest Road: Multiple potholes have formed, and caution is advised when travelling this route.
