Wi-Fi & Cell Reception:
Kindly note that there is limited cell phone reception at Crystal Springs. Telkom users may experience limitations while on the Resort. Signal strength fluctuates for all other service providers. Wi-Fi facilities are available for guests’ use at Le Fera Restaurant. Kindly note that a nominal fee of R20 per hour applies, unless guests make use of the Restaurant, in which case Wi-Fi use is complimentary.
Housekeeping:
Chalets are serviced by the Housekeeping Team daily, except for Sundays and select Public Holidays. Kindly notify Reception should you not require housekeeping services.
